Can I cancel my order? As our orders are dispatched quite quickly, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change the details in your order.
Sorry! I’m probably not going to be home when my parcel is delivered. What should I do? We send our parcels via Express Australia Post, which does not require a signature on delivery. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether to leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery address or take it to the local post office for pickup. If you are not going to be home and would prefer your parcel to not be left out of the weather at your delivery address please request signature on delivery on the delivery notes or contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
