We now also offer a Click + Collect option at the checkout. This means as you place an order online, you have the option to selct Click + Collect to pick up your order from our Mosman store in Sydney to avoid any shipping costs.
Once you have placed your order, it will be picked and packed right away and ready for you to pick up during business hours.
All domestic orders are sent via Express Australia Post* Free Domestic Shipping is offered for all full priced purchases over the amount of $150.00* This does not apply to returns, an additional charge of $10 will be incurred upon each re-post for any return, exchange or change to any original purchase no matter the value.
Orders are dispatched once funds and postal details have been confirmed. Please note in some cases this may take up to 24 hours. Orders received before 1pm will be shipped same day by Express Australia Post, if not inclusive of Pre-Order item/s. If sent via Express Australia Post, Australia Post guarantees next day delivery within the network before 5pm via Express Post. (see www.australiapost.com.au for network postcodes) Express Tracking Number may be provided upon request. If signature on delivery is required, this must be requested in the delivery notes, once order has been processed we cannot guarantee signature on delivery if the item has already been dispatched.

International Orders are sent via DHL Courier or Australia International Post at a flat rate of $45. DHL Courier requires the addressers signature upon delivery for confirmation of arrival, however Australia Post does not. Estimated delivery time is 5-14 working days for both delivery services, depending on your location. Our international shipping does not provide insurance on your goods. Taxes & Duties – Classic Spirit unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be, imposed rest with the customer.

Delivery dates supplied by Classic Spirit is a best estimate only and Classic Spirit will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Occasionally we may run low on supply of popular item and be required to wait on delivery from our supplier. We will contact you via email/telephone in this instance. If we cannot supply in an agreeable time frame, we will refund your purchase. We understand that delivering what you order, when you want it is the most important thing we have to do. Please note delivery times will change if a Pre-Order is included in your purchase. The entirety of an order will be sent upon the arrival of the pre-order item/s.
